The type of medication, the route of administration, the duration, the frequency and the reversals were the contents of some prescriptions for pain management. The routes of administrations were oral, intranasal, topical and intramuscular burying. The diagnostic modality mainly depended on clinical features of the illness with some magical interventions, but they were not sufficient enough to identify the top diagnosis and some terms are not clear what to mean. For this reason, the data obtained from interviews, field observation and group discussion were supplemented for its validity. Regarding on the preventive practices, spiritual method with or without herb and animal products were used .Also, religious institution mainly to holy water and modern health centers were the referral sites in the practices of traditional healers.
