positively related with employee’s commitment within the range of r=0.468 to r=0.594.

in the prediction of employee commitment with un standardized beta value .347. The other two
organizational culture traits, in their descending order of unstandardized coefficients are trust
culture, and communication culture. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis is used to
measure the statistical effect of each individual independent variable on the dependent
variable.Thetest result indicated that the alternative hypothesis of innovative cultureis supported
by the multiple regressions because the p<0.05. However, trust culture and innovative culture
doesn’t have significant effect on employee commitment as it is explained by significance level
