dc.description.abstract The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of total quality management on organizational performance at Rava Steel, manufacturing plc. To achieve this, the study employed a quantitative research approach using a descriptive and explanatory research design. The study used descriptive and inferential analysis techniques. The study used primary data sources, and the data collection instrument was structured close ended survey questionnaires using the five-point Likert scale adopted from different scholars in previous studies. The sample size was 213 respondents using stratified random sampling technique and 204 questionnaires were filled and returned for the analysis. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS Version 27) tool to find the results of descriptive and inferential statistics analysis easily. The result of this finding indicated that the four predictors (top management commitment, customer focus, continuous process improvement, and strategic planning) have significant and positive coefficient of beta values indicating that they have positive effect on organizational Performance under the study while the two predictors employee training and education, and employee involvement have insignificant alpha value which indicated that they have insignificant effect on organizational Performance under the study. The study finally concludes by recommending that Raval Steel Manufacturing PLC strengthen its focus on customer satisfaction by anticipating and responding to customer needs. Emphasis should also be placed on enhancing top management commitment, continuous process improvement, and strategic planning at all organizational levels to boost overall performance. Developing forward-looking strategies that ensure market competitiveness is crucial. Additionally, future research should explore other TQM elements not covered in this study to provide a more comprehensive understanding of their impact on organizational performance. en_US
