Introduction: The toothbrush is the most common method for removing plaque from the oral cavity. Knowing the level of their behavioral intention and tooth brushing practices is crucial for implementation of intervention. However, such studies are very limited in Ethiopia. This study was employed health behavior model to identify potential variables that can serve to support primary school children attitudes, intention, knowledge, environmental constraints, and practices of tooth brushing behavior
