dc.description.abstract The management of the CBE came to the decision to transfer some of the non-core functions to an external service provider. In relation to this the four services namely security service, messenger service, janitorial service have been outsourced to Dejen security and janitorial PLC since 2010. But after three years CBE contractual agreement with Dejen was stopped and from the year 2013 these services have been transferred to another new service provider organization called Commercial Nominees PLC. currently CBE outsourced more than seven activities to different organizations ,but the four major services i.e. security service, messenger service , janitorial service and drivers service which are outsourced to commercial nominees plc. are part of this study. en_US
