Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques such as mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage as well as inferential statistics such as Two Samples Independent T-test to compare the mean scores. The quantitative data obtained from interviews and FGD were analyzed thematically to supplement qualitative findings. The study revealed that, both World Vision and SOS were found contributing significantly in improving students’ learning environments through their projects although differences were observed in their contributions. The data also revealed that the academic achievement of students has improved after those INGOs had been involved in supporting in the selected primary schools. Finally, the study recommends the need to maximize the interventions of World Vision and SOS in supporting primary schools.
