The purpose of the present study was to investigate and determine the effect of continuous
assessment on some selected sport skills of preparatory school students .Eight weeks of
continuous assessment could improve selected sport skills students like flexibility, explosive leg
power, Bounding speed and Illinois agility drill. 98 Subjects had divided into two equal groups,
an experimental assessed and a control group. The experimental assessed group performed in a
eight weeks continuously assessed selected sport skills program like as flexibility ,explosive leg
power ,sprint speed and Illinois agility drill. However, the control group perform this selected
sport skills training without a variety of continuous assessment program. All subjects participated
in four sport skill physical fitness qualities tests: sit reach test, explosive leg power test, 30m
speed test and Illinois agility test. The students assessed three days a week for a total of eight
weeks and skill test of both groups had been measured at the ends of each weeks. on this regard
both had taken pre-test ,eight consecutive weeks test and post-testing. Experimental method had
