Government officials were frequently used in Reporter. On the other hand, becide its dominant sources to be affected people family and opposition groups. Reporter focused on defining the problem as main media function. On the other hand, Bekur focused on suggesting solution. The key reason for experiencing great deal of distinction in framing is their difference in editorial guideline and orientation of media philosophy. In the finding, the researcher learned that the media should have a guide line to cover the newspapers lacks this commitment and codes of conduct. Therefore, it should revise its editorial policy and other governing principles and media philosophies so as to effectively address economic issue, as it is the central point of journalism. The knowledge gap experienced by reporters on issue of inflation has contributed for the incompleteness of information on the issue. The lack on the part of the reporters to have basic understanding of economic issues contributed to the other failure to show the real cause of inflation and inform the solution.
