Moreover, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the major components of quality management and to introduce an effective quality management system implementation model for 3F Furniture Factory.In this study both a primary and secondary types of data collection methods was used to collect data from the case company. Collected data were analyzed by using a descriptive type of statistics like ferequency, percentages, charts and graphics.The specific problems in the organization are the overall quality control system implementation in the organization was poor and had a number of integration issues. Poor employer participation in the discussion, a lack of clarity on the requirements of quality control measures, and a lack of management were some of the reasons for poor implementation of a quality management system. The main aim of the study is to identify the major components of Quality Management and to proposes the appropriate implementation model of a quality management system for 3F Furniture Factory.
