| dc.description.abstract | Quality Management System provides the consistent to satisfy the methods, materials, equipment, and other technical requirements of the goods and service interact with all activities of the companies, beginning with the identification of customer requirements and ending with their satisfaction, at every transaction interface. most people now recognize that quality is the most important of these competitive weapons a strong organizational culture with determined management and controlled feedback mechanism wouldensure the effective implementation of the quality management system developed in the industry .3f furniture industry faces many obstacles, to mention some of them are poor system management dedication to low quality and poor raw material availability, a low-quality commodity, and increased competition from high quality and affordable goods in the local market. Moreover, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the major components of quality management and to introduce an effective quality management system implementation model for 3F Furniture Factory.In this study both a primary and secondary types of data collection methods was used to collect data from the case company. Collected data were analyzed by using a descriptive type of statistics like ferequency, percentages, charts and graphics.The specific problems in the organization are the overall quality control system implementation in the organization was poor and had a number of integration issues. Poor employer participation in the discussion, a lack of clarity on the requirements of quality control measures, and a lack of management were some of the reasons for poor implementation of a quality management system. The main aim of the study is to identify the major components of Quality Management and to proposes the appropriate implementation model of a quality management system for 3F Furniture Factory. According to the given data summary, the conclusion should help. The proposed solution is to implement and developed a quality management system in the industry.
