dc.description.abstract The objective of this study was to examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment. A total of 274 questionnaires were distributed to employees of working in Amhara water works construction enterprise in Bahir Dar and from the distributed questioners 250(91.24%) were collected and for data collection which contains Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment questionnaires used in the data analysis . The study has used a cross sectional survey with descriptive and explanatory research design. Furthermore the researcher used a quantitative research approach. The result regression equation indicated that among the organization justice such as Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice, Interpersonal Justice and Informational Justice are the most important positive significant contribution to achieve organizational commitment. The result in the Pearson correlation coefficient revealed that there is a positive and significant correlation between Organizational Justice, job satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. The path analysis result of the present study shows that job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Commitment. en_US
