Abstract:
Introduction: Access to improved drinking water is essential for the promotion of human well being by reducing the risks of food and water-borne diseases. Updated evidence on the
accessibility of improved water is crucial for evidence-based decision making. However,
evidences are limited on the level of improved water accessibility and associated factors. Hence,
the aim of this study was to assess the access to improved drinking water and associated factors
among households in Bahir Dar Zuria woreda, Northwest Ethiopia.
