The researcher employed stratified random sampling method to select samples from the target population. Total number of employees in each stratum was identified and percentage proportion was calculated. Based on the proportion calculated, total number of sample drawn from each stratum was determined. Accordingly, individual samples were randomly selected from each stratum by using simple random sampling technique. The researcher used quantitative type of data to analyze and interpret the data that collected through questionnaire and qualitative type of data was employed to analyze and interpret the data that was collected through personal interview using narrative type of analysis. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version20 software used to analyze the data collected through close ended questionnaire before interpretation and presentation of the findings. Based on the analysis, it was detected that organizations have a trend of preparing strategic plan which lack clarity. However, having a plan by itself does not ensure success; it basically, depends on the extent of implementation. In the case of selected organizations, strategic plan implementation practice assessments were found to be good and complete. For successful strategic plan implementation practice the organization should consider organizational culture, organizational resources, organizational leadership and organizational structure respectively. Eventually, the study recommends that, proper strategic plan supportive technology and information communication need to be put in place. en_US
