The collected quantitative data was analyzed by using logistic regression. Association between dependent and independent variable was investigated by binary logistic regression. Significance was interpreted by using P < 0.05 and odds ratio with 95% CI. The qualitative data was analyzed by applying thematic analysis technique. The study found out that the satisfaction of CBHI women patients’ was 50.2%. Preinformation about the hospital (AOR: 3.797, 95% CI: (1.581-10.01 2), P = 0.003)), patients’ who were waiting <= 50 minutes (AOR: 5.153, 95% CI: (2.211-12.010), P = .000)) and those who were waiting 51-100 minutes (AOR: 3.655, 95% CI: (1.571-8.504), P = .003)) were significantly associated with CBHI women patients’ satisfaction.
