dc.description.abstract The aim of this study is to compare effect of circuit training program on muscular endurance performance among Dangila town Dangila male football project players those are age of 15-17, this study involved 28 football project players, which is perspective chosen players (n=14) were chosen as the experimental groups whereas the other (n=14) were selected control groups. The intervention programme carried out for the treatments group was perform 12weekes circuit training programmes those are Dorsal raises, Walking lung, push up, sit-up, ski-jump, weight squat and plank consecutively. The intervention programmes was carried out for 12 weeks circuit training in low and moderate exercise training with set and repetition. “Intact sampling” or complete was used. Where all the players remain in Dangila male projects as a subjects. “Paired sample T-test’ was used as compare the collect data. After12 week’s circuit training program the mean value was increased on upper body, lower body, abdominal area and back core stabilized in 10.0714 sec, 7.5715sec, 5.9286rep and 0.07sec respectively on improvement of muscular endurance performance. Compare to those of standards of each norms on table 5-8 of respectively, hence:-Upper body muscular endurance performance achieved on good muscular endurance performance, lower body muscular endurance performance achieved on above average muscular endurance performance, abdominal area achieved on good muscular endurance performance and back core muscular endurance performance achieved on Average muscular endurance performance. Groups indicated significant difference (p<0.05) between mean score of the experimental group and control group. This study indicates that intervention programme for 12 weeks circuit training programmes improved, the upper body, lower body, abdominal and back core stabilized muscle endurance performance of at Dangila town Dangila male football project players. However, this finding indicates that the training session given for the trainers should be more of low intensity to moderate training for the development of muscular endurance performance of on male football project play en_US
