dc.description.abstract The primary purpose of this study was the impact of hearth related moderate aerobics exercise on cardiovascular endurance of grade nine students. The study design was quantitative; the sampling size is 36 male Grade 9 students with age ranges 15 and 17 years old conducted to refer the status of cardiovascular endurance on the study setting of Amhara region, Awi zone, Injibra town in Agewmider secondary and preparatory school. All subjects participated in moderate aerobic exercises for 12 weeks i.e., three days per week for 60 minutes duration per day. Pre-test and post training test were conducted on physical fitness variable such as step test and twelve minutes run test. The data collected from subjects were analyzed by paired simple t-test to determine the differences between pre-test and post-test mean value results and graphs to compare their fitness categories with norms. According to the findings of the study, step test 7.61 beats per minute and twelve minutes run test 179.33 meters were mean differences. The norms after intervention step test (86 %) and 12 minutes run test (90 %) were beyond average fitness category. Therefore, the results obtained from the study indicated that there were significant improvements in subject’s cardiovascular endurance. The paired t test revealed that in step test (M = 7.61, SD = 4.61), t (9.88) and twelve minutes run test (M = 179.33, SD =125.28), t (-8.58) = p <0.01. If p <0.01 reject HO and not failed to accept H1, means are significantly different. From the result of the study, it is possible to conclude that health related moderate aerobics exercise improves cardiovascular endurance of student. en_US
