The major objective of this study was to assess management skill and spectators’ satisfaction in the case of fasil kenema football club. The effect to get reliable information of the current status of the issue under study, descriptive research method would employ because descriptive methods helps to explain club management and spectators’ satisfaction. Data would gather from participants that are claiming to have adequate proximity to the study area. To select from the whole population 120 spectators and 2 club mangers by using random and purposive sampling techniques. Two instruments such as questionnaire and interview were used to gather the data the descriptive analysis of the data was analyzed by using both qualitative and quantitative methods such as frequency counts percentage and descriptive statements. The majority factors of fasil kenema football club management and spectators’ satisfaction lack of facility, lack of financial, not winning the games, cleanliness of stadium and no enough car parking. To overcome the following recommendations have been forwarded to club management and every stakeholder should work hand to hand in order to solve the problems the government administrators should give high attention to solve lack of budget, facility and to build on standardized stadium. The majority respondents were not satisfied in the club. Generally, the researcher concluded that cleanliness of stadium, facility, atmosphere and security of the stadium very important to increase spectators’ satisfaction. Therefore, club managers should be given a great emphasis to club’s facility to increase spectators’ satisfaction. |
