dc.description.abstract	The aim of this study was to test the relatinnship of supply chain management practices and supply chain performance: in Bahir Dar textile Shar Company.The study tries to help the company for understanding the effect of supply chain management practiceson their textile products supply chain performance. In this research, the researchers used sequencial –explanatory mixed design and for gathering data, standardized questionnaire was used. The subjects of the study were Bahir Dar textile Shar Company employees. 134 workers were selected by using census-sampling technique for the study from five departments. To understand the effect of strategic supplier partnership, customer relationship, Information sharing and quality of information sharing on supply chain performance in the proposed model, Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23 software was utilized as the analytical technique of choice. The relationships proposed in the framework were tested usingPearson correlation, and the causal relations were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. From the result of the analysis it is concluded that there is strong relationship between SCM practices and supply chain performance. Besides, SCM practices have an influence on supply chain performance.Therefore, inorder to achieve the over all supply chain management in the long-run throughenhancing supply chain performance, it is better for the organization to give due emphasis tothe constructs of SCM practices and the measures of supply chain performance.
