dc.description.abstract The main objective of this study was to the youth football project in the Assessment of an Implementation and management skill under 17 Male foot ball projects in the case of Assosa Zone. To achieve this objective, the study used random sampling method to select Male foot ball project coaches, young male players, sport officers and parents. The researcher used quantitative research method, it was more of descriptive survey in nature. The major findings of this study are the coaches in the Assosa Zone are not well trained, the quality and nature of coaching is poor, the project lack sport wearing, foot ball equipments and facilities, nutrition, the majority of the parents don’t. Have the vision that their males will be tough, competent and successful both for themselves and to the nation as well and the Assosa Zone youth and sport office doesn’t have close monitoring and evaluation for the projects. Based on the findings the following recommendations were suggested the coaches who are assigned in the projects must be qualified in a higher educational institute in sport science, coaches should have to identify the talent of the male players. The concerned organ of the Assosa zone with coaches and a regular follow up of coaches the analysis will be objective carried out and I use simple statically method that is percent system According to the officers are expected the projects like technical aids prepare addition training to the existing coaches and parents of the players should prepare neat, balanced and adequate diet to their minors, because it helps the male players have good physical fitness and healthy en_US
