dc.description.abstract	This study was attempted to investigate the factors affecting the sustainnability of woldia football club in the Ethiopia premier league.To this end, a crossectional servey study was employed. Data were gathered from 23 club players, 3 club coaches,10 north wollo and woldia sport experts, 106 club fan association and 13 club boards.In order to select sample from the target population, simple random sampling techniques were used to select the number of fan association and, non probability (purposive) sampling technique to select all club boards, coaches, players, and experts since they were few in number all of them were included in the study.The instruments used to collecte data were:Questionnaire, Interview, Observation. The findings from data analysis revealed that there were several factors which affecting the sustainablity of Woldia Football club. The club structure is not well organized,the player- coach relationshiop is not well developed, monitoring and evaluation the club’s activity, the dormitory service of the club is not suitable for players,has no enough annual budge, little players’ team cohesion, lack of theoretical training to improve the performance of the players, therefore to alleviate these problem, the club board should organize functional fan association, the community members should support the club activities with financial skill, and knowledge, financial constraints of the club should be resolved through different fund raising and sponsorship methods, sport administrations and other concerned bodies should allocate enough budgets to run sport activities and competitions efficiently,the club should facilitate better dormitory services for all players,the club should make availability of the necessary sport materials and suitable training field for sustainable performance of the club were recommended	en_US
