dc.description.abstract	The study was conducted in the effect of management on Volleyball clubs participating in Ethiopian premier league. The main objective of this study was to investigate the effect of management on Volleyball clubs who participating in Ethiopian premier league. Thus this research will have a significance of value added to the present management of volleyball club of Ethiopian premier league and giving information for the other researchers who is doing research on the area of this title. This research is delimited in Ethiopia premier league of volleyball club. The researcher used cross sectional survey research method. There are 11 volleyball premier league clubs, seven of them were men and 4 are women’s, in Ethiopia. All 44 of volleyball premier league club administrators were selected by purposive sampling method. Questionnaire and interview were the major data collection instruments. The data was analyzed through descriptive statistics. The finding of the study show that Ethiopian volleyball premier league clubs has not clearly defined organizational objectives, not administered in clear and defined management structure and did not organized different administrative committee, Ethiopian volleyball premier league clubs have exaggerated financial constraint to run the clubs activity effectively and have not financial policy to administer or run finance effectively. The clubs have not youth development strategies and action plan to build a strong resource of the club.	en_US
