dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers' perception on the current performance appraisal system in Wegide Woreda primary schools.. In the study a descriptive survey design was employed. The study was conducted in ten primary . . schools. The participants of the study consisted of primary school teachers.
