The purpose of this study was to investigate teachers' perception on the current
performance appraisal system in Wegide Woreda primary schools.. In the study a

standard deviation and one sample t-test. The findings indicate that the perception
of teachers towards the. purpose of performance appraisal system were negative.
Teachers are not satisfied with the current performance appraisal appraisers, and
