As a result absence of strict low and regulation Act, absence of promotion and marketing on the aims and objectives of CT, lack of competent instructors/trainers, lake of required inputs, shortage of enough training enterprises and problems of strategic leadership on the part of TVET bureau and local boards was found to be the major challenges of the training process. Apart from this the effort made to run the training process by using the existing guideline, introducing the system with a good will on the part of the enterprises, the certification system, period of implementing the programme were found to be good opportunities in the future. I general it was concluded that the CT was not properly implemented in the respective zone as it was intended to be. Challenges are much more severe than the opportunities.
