dc.description.abstract The main purpose of this study was to explore the possible relationship between school facility conditions and student academic achievement on EHEECE.. To this end, three basic research questions were raised which focused on the condition of school facilities, the status of students academic achievement, and the relationship between school facilities and students academic achievement. The study employed both descriptive and correlational design. The study population includes school principals, teachers and students. School principals were selected through comprehensive sampling. While 77% of sample teachers and 13% students were selected using stratified sampling. Open- and Close-ended questionnaire, school observation and semi structured interviews were instruments used to collect the required data. The obtained data was analyzed by SPSS- 16 using mean, standard deviation, one sample t-test and correlation. The findings of this study revealed that, the instructional, recreational and general-purpose school facilities were insufficient to run the teaching-learning process effectively, students have achieved below the expected mean score on EHEECE and a significant relationship was observed between school facilities and students academic achievement en_US
