dc.description.abstract	The main purpose of this study was to identify the effect of complex skill training on the development of footballers shooting ability in the case of Sidama coffee football club. The fundamental principle of soccer is to score more goals than the opposing team. For that reason, the most highly valued skills are those that lead to goals. Shooting is one of the main ways to score goals in football competition, but successful shooting can prove to be difficult to execute during competition. Thus, most coaches emphasize shooting in practice in hopes that players will score goals more effectively. The types of training the team does plays a great role in enhancing their shooting ability therefore, the main objective of this study was to identify the effect of complex skills training in the shooting ability of the players. The subjects in the study were 30 players, 3 coaches, and 5 sport administrative officers. TQ. achieve the objective primary data was used. To collect the available data, the researcher used questionnaire, performance test and observation. The Descriptive analysis of all data was performed using SPSS version 20 software. STATA version 14 software was used for the analysis of the Loughbrough soccer-shooting test. The findings of this study their training session. The coaches do not follow up the players attentively or implement scientific principles in there training program. In addition to that the coaches not give precise explanation about complex skill training. On the shooting test, the players did not ... change both their,' ball speed and their precision over the five attempts. Meanwhile, the _,. .~· c ~ ABSTRACT generalizes that most of the time coaches do not include complex skill shooting drills in level' of agreement among ball speeds and precisions by each player was extremely poor. The study implied that Complex skill training /combined skill/ was helpful for shooting accuracy and is a major way of scoring goals in football competition. In accordance to the findings of the study, the players should keep practicing shooting drills (target practice), far-post finishing and power shooting repeatedly. In order to achieve the best result coaches must implement all types of training principles in their program to improve the players shoasing ability.	en_US
