dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study was to evaluate effect of martial arts training on educational domains of students. For this study, 40 martial arts students and 40 non martial arts students were selected from Yejubie senior secondary school by probability and non probability sampling technique. This study was employed through survey and experiments. Data were collected via questionnaires and field post test. Post test were given for both groups to evaluate their cognitive and psychomotor domains through aptitude ·and skill tests respectively: To analysis, the collected· data ·SPSS statistical software package version 20 was used. Specifically Independent sample t-test was used to analyze and interpret the collected data. The mean value to be analyzed were, 9. 6 seconds, 46.3 seconds, 9.98 seconds, 15.58 cm, 10.15 cm and 15.05% mark points out of 20% in zigzag, stork balance, 60 m speed, sit and reach, ruler drop and aptitude tests for martial arts students respectively. And 10. 40 seconds, 42. 08 seconds, 10.15 seconds, 10.85 cm, 14.35 cm and 14.05% mark points out of 20% in zigzag, stork balance; 60 m speed, sit and reach, ruler drop aptitude tests for non martial arts students respectively. The main finding of this research indicat:._s that martial arts students' achievements are J?et~er on cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. The researcher concluded that martial art training has positive effect on educational domains. en_US
