dc.description.abstract Female soccer is becoming more popular and professional in the world. There are, - however, limited scientific data available on the impact of aerobic and anaerobic training on female football players» performance. The overall purpose of this study was to obtain knowledge about designing a successful training programs to ensure the maximum physical fitness development of female football players aerobic and anaerobic performance and being competitive enough in playing football. The data of this investigation were collected from a project of U- 17 female football players. To addressed the main objective of the thesis; experimental research design was employed and all the players purposively taken as sample population. They were divided in to two groups, G-1 (assigned as a control group having three training sessions per week in each day as usual) and G-2 (assigned as experimental group and engaged in two additional training session per week in each day) at the onset of the investigation. The groups contain 15 players each, and both of them passed through a training program for twelve weeks. Players of both groups were took a pre test at the beginning, and their performance measured.in endurance/Cooper vo2 max) test, strength (sit ups)test, agility/Illinois agility run) test, 'and speed (35m sprint speed) test. As the total number of players in a project were 30, each group contains 50% of the players(n= 15). All players were go to pre test at the beginning, and post test when completing twelve weeks training program in each selected physical fitness components test. The data collected through test and observations were analyzed using data analysis. method of SPSS statistics version 20, as the thesis emp7oyed experimental design. Additionally, we should also decided on a significance level, -before we perform our hypothesis tests. The significance level is the threshold we use to decided whether a test result is significant. For this example, let's use a = 0.05. ,,,;, The results of the investigation were discussed and referenced from different related writings. In the findings, aerobic and anaerobic fitness performances of experimental ... group were more improved than the control group players. In recommendations 3,~signing jive sessions training program is better for effective fitness developments. en_US
