dc.description.abstract	The study was conducted in assessment on the effectiveness of National League Foot Ball Organizational Structure and Administration in t.he case of Amhara Regional State Clubs, coaches (n=6), players, (n=40) and 4 clubs administrators were surveyed using questionnaire, document analysis and interview methods. Purposive random sampling was employed to select samples. Total 50 participants were involved in the study .The questionnaires were administered for coaches and players of the teams; semi- structured interview was conducted with clubs administrator bodies. In this study descriptive survey method was employed. The data gathered through questionnaires were analyzed by using percentage; where as the data gathered through document analysis analyzed by relating the standard organizational structure with the clubs organizational structure and the data gathered by the interview analyzed through descriptive statements. In conclusion the results found from the analysis of the data revealed that in most measures of the level of leadership abilities and organizational structure of the ~mhara National League Foot ball Clubs; the factors of ineffective leadership abilities and organizational structure were identified. The conclusion drawn from this research would be a reference for the football clubs to strengthen the building of foot ball clubs organizational structure and leadership effectiveness, minimizing the factors that tackle and providing suggestions to upgrade the level of foot ball clubs	en_US
