In the first unit of this paper we deal with the definitions, lemmas and theorems which are used without proof in the second chapter. In the second chapter we discuss on definitions and theorems on ideals and congruence of generalized almost distributive Lattice. The necessary and sufficient condition for a Generalized Almost Distributive Lattice (GADL) to become an Almost Distributive Lattice (ADL) are obtained in terms of congruence relations and proved that every associative Generalized Almost Distributive Lattice (GADL) is an Almost Distributive Lattice (ADL).
