This thesis assessed the performance of Garno small-scale irrigation scheme with the objective of performance evaluation of the irrigation scheme using internal and external performance indicators, to bring feasible and sustainable water management practices for improving crop productivity ,detail result on performance of irrigation schemes using internal and external indicators are very important .this thesis presented the performance assessment of Garno small scale irrigation scheme using internal and external indicators during the period of December to February 2015 EC. Field level indicators like conveyance efficiency,application efficiency were analyzied.data collected from head,middle and lower section of irrigation scheme from the analysis result 63.2% and 62.7%. Finally, given irrigation showed improve this performance through conveyance and application efficiencies for better product.
