dc.description.abstract Background: Motivation is an individual’s desire to exert and maintain an effort towards organizational goals. The contribution of the health development armies in reducing mortality and morbidity was fundamentally high in Ethiopia. However, the impact has been affected by the level of motivation of the health development armies. The status of health development army’s motivation has been under studied in Ethiopia and there has been limited study conducted in Mecha district, Ethiopia. en_US
