dc.description.abstract Background: Cervical cancer is abnormal multiplication of cervical cells primarily from the cervix. Globally, 569,847 women are diagnosed with cervical cancer and 311,365 die from the disease. In Ethiopia about 6294 new cases and 4884 deaths are estimated annually. Considering its increasing burden, the Federal Minister of Health in Ethiopia recommended integration of pre-cervical cancer screening in reproductive health to reach 80% women aged 30-49 years since 2015.However, utilization of pre-cervical cancer screening with family planning service users and associated factors were not well addressed in the study area en_US
