dc.description.abstract Introduction:Hypothermia plays a significant role in neonatal mortality; which accounts for a five-fold increase in mortality during the first seven days of birth. Globally Case fatality rate of neonatal hypothermia ranges from 8.5% to 52%. Neonatal mortality increases by 80% for every 1 oC decrease the body temperature of a neonate.There is limited information on determinant of neonatal hypothermia in the study area en_US
