dc.description.abstract | Background:Ethiopia has registered around 27% (the highest) of new internal displacements associated with conflict worldwide, in 2018. Despite this lurid mess of internal displacement in the country and the prospective negative impact on the health of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), researches specifically relating to how multi-ethnic IDPs experience primary health services do not exist. The preceding studies in other conflict associated settlements have chiefly concentrated on the health problems of refugees and single disease entities among IDPs. | en_US |
