dc.description.abstract	Strategic procurement is a very important phase of grant chain management. This lookup will analyze the relationship between the have an effect on of strategic procurement on organizational overall performance (measured in terms of provider development, long-term relationships, positive procurement plans, and communication) and organizational performance, that is, the organizational overall performance of Dashen Beer's inventory company. Interpretative lookup is designed to achieve research purposes. In order to acquire the research goals, explanatory lookup sketch and quantitative and qualitative analysis are considered. As a capability of records collection; questionnaires are being applied. The complete population of the case company is 561.
