The increasing need for renewable and sustainable construction materials, due to carbon storage, renewability, and environmentally friendly characteristics has gained more attention. Due to the problem of sustainability of construction material, deforestation of an indigenous tree, and also since the absence of material standards and local engineering, methods have restrained the use of Eucalyptus and bamboo in the construction industry and limited its use for non-engineered construction in rural areas of the country. The paper cover in detail about flexural member preparation by laminating bamboo on the bottom face of eucalyptus by using unsaturated polyester resin bonding chemicals to investigate flexural capacity. Flexural member material prepared according to ASTM D3043 manual and standards. In addition, this research investigates the physical and mechanical properties of Eucalyptus Globules and low land bamboo (Oxytenanthera Abyssinica) experimentally according to ASTM D0143 and ASTM D0198 to explore effect of specimen location on strength in longtiudina direction. The experimental investigation had done on specimens taken from the bottom part and middle part to explore the location of effect on strength. The experimental result of flexure analyzed using IBM SPSS v26.0 statistically showed that location had 63.7% and layering had 31.9% effect on the strength of timber material for this study. Test results for the bottom part in single-layer of 26.5% and double-layer bamboo laminated of 33.06% Eucalyptus gives a result that increases successively in flexural strength; But in the case of the middle part adding specimen of bamboo layer on the Eucalyptus showed a continuous decrease in (-20.31%) for single layer and (-41.79%) for double layer bamboo laminated eucalyptus stress capacity as compared to non-laminated middle part Eucalyptus. Finally, the experimental test simulated for the bottom part of the specimens using by using ABAQUS CAE 2021, and its simulation result gave an approximate result as compared to the experimental result.
