dc.description.abstract Introduction: Today, Electronic Health Record is base of health services around the world, and EHR as an essential core element and its basic architecture for Health Information Systems is considered. EHR offers many potential opportunities for healthcare systems we must focus on its challenges and related guidelines but for EHR-Information Sharing deployment. The purpose of this paper is exploration challenges of EHR Information Sharing Architecture implementation and related guidelines in FMOH. Methods: This is a qualitative study and we used the method of DSRM, and in-depth semi-structured interviews, Observation and workplace Site Exposure Measurement were conducted with 36 of health and health related officers, Managers and system administrator persons who had experiences working with electronic health record architecture and EHR Information Sharing. Conclusion: The result of the study has indicated that Content based architecture to enhance a poor information sharing of EHR both internal, external and also those area work on health and health related stakeholders. Therefore the study notify that content based architectures bring a new opportunity in their EHR information sharing, access of both internal and external MOH stakeholders‘, inter office communications, social and professional life for decision making and take timely action to enhance health system EHR information One Plan, One Budget & One Report Concept, data use and health service qualities. en_US
