dc.description.abstract	The consequence of roots and sound effects of the difficulties, considering the main objectives of football violence’s, conflicts and advising imaginable result of this research. In this study the research was designed in descriptive survey and used quantitative and qualitative approaches. Thus; the study take in 135 respondents were selected randomly and purposively as represented sample among club leaders, football federation officials, football fans association committees, football former players, coaches, sport journalist, referees and players. This research describes the several displays of sports violence and conflict; Player to player, spectator to spectator, spectator to player, player to referee, spectator to police and coach to official. Many people physically and psychologically impaired; destructions and loses of materials occurred; so many people wounded, permanently disabled and even died in addition the federation faced financial drop tore-arrange the broken materials. Issues that contribute to violence and conflict in the leagues include, the intervention of the politics systems, ethnic group, biasness of referees, shortage of awareness’s for all concerned bodies towards the games, unfair management system of federation, media reporters, game results (winning, losing and tie or draw points), the consumption of alcohol etc. are among the major once. As the research findings suggested that Verbal and physical violence, loss of material and fighting and property destruction are the most frequent fun violence and conflict that spectators, players, referees as well as the federation faced financial drop. And the federation should modify spectator violence, alcohol consumption identification devices, aware the game rules and regulations before displayed on the air, build partnerships like “League Company of 2020”, and organizes resources to solve or minimize the problems and to reduce the frequency of the occurrence. The federation and other stakeholders working /participating / at the event are a critical component of any strategy designed as like as 2020, league company in Ethiopia reducing any violence and conflict of premier league competition with in and around stadium.
