dc.description.abstract Wireless sensor network is a group of wireless sensors nodes capable of communicating with each other based on some wireless protocol standard. Sensor nodes are deployed to gather information about their environment and forward to their corresponding cluster head or to the base station. Sensor technologies have become very important today in gathering information about the environments and its use in wireless sensor networks is getting widespread and becoming popular every day. These networks are characterized by a number of sensor nodes deployed in the field for the observation of some phenomena. The usage of WSN is ever increasing in the diverse fields of agriculture, underground water resource management, traffic management, crime surveillance. Energy conservation is a critical concern in wireless sensor network, Due to the limited battery capacity of sensor nodes. Energy efficiency is a major and challenging problem in such power constrained networks. To extend the life time of wireless sensor networks as well as conserving its power, some energy parameters have been under extensive research, which play an important role in the reduction of power consumption. Our work is also expected to be efficient in energy conservation as compare to related algorithms like LEACH. Our work is also come up with a unique mathematical node deployment methodology with total of 36 nodes and 1 sink node. Three Cluster heads has been selected among the total nodes with each round based on distance residual energy and signal strength of node. vii Our new proposed routing design named as ECBRD is expected to come up with a comparatively high throughput and energy efficient as compare to related algorithms and also the deployment methods of nodes is based on some mathematical model which will be proportional to all nodes against the sink or Base station. ECBRD is expected to be comparatively efficient in some basic WSN performance metrics like throughput and energy conservation. A new efficient Routing Design, ECBRD is going to be carried out and different metric of WSN will be analyzed and evaluated. Wireless sensor network algorithms has been evaluated on different performance metrics like throughput, delay, energy, load, end to end delay, network traffic sent and received. Among these metrics ECBRD has been evaluated on Energy consumption and throughput metrics as compare to related algorithms and has shows a comparative good results. Throughput and energy are the major metrics for best communication in wireless sensor network. Node deployment strategy method is also other issue in Wireless sensor network. The simulation of the work has been carried out in NS-2.35. en_US
