Abstract In this project we discuss the concept of Almost Distributive Lattice and Almost Boolean Ring and the concept of fuzzy set and fuzzy partial order relations, fuzzy lattices.In this project we also study the class of Relatively Complemented Almost Distributive Fuzzy Lattice in detail. We study the concept of an Almost Boolean Fuzzy Rings as a generalization of a Boolean Fuzzy Rings. We also study a one to one correspondence between Relatively Complemented Almost Distributive Fuzzy Lattice and Almost Boolean Fuzzy Rings.
