Abstract
The main objective of this project is to apply the reduced differential transform method (RDTM) to solve some nonlinear partial differential equations and the corresponding systems.The approximate analytic solution of the equation is obtained in the form of a series with easily computable components.Comparing the methodology with some other known techniques shows that the RDTM is effective and powerful. This method is a simple and efficient method for solving nonlinear partial differential equations. The results indicated the effectiveness of the method and furthermore the comparison of the methods with other analytical methods available in the literature shows that although the results of these methods are the same, but RDTM is much easier, more convenient and efficient than others and is a powerful mathematical tool for handling nonlinear terms of the equations.
