dc.description.abstract This research work makes an assessment on quality related problems in Aragaw protocol in order to develop an applicable proposed quality improvement model so that the overall performance of the enterprise can be improved. A brief introdu ction is given on the fundamental concept of quality with reference to recent literature in the area so as to help readers follow the model developed. To undertake this research ,a sample size of one garment enterprise representing wastaken by purpose selection considering the expected response rate, requirem ent for performing statistical analysis, available time and survey cost. Moreover, the selected garment enterprise produce different ranges of garment product in thetown primary and secondary data were collected and analyzed to identify qual ity related problems of the enterprise using a well structured questionnaire,intervi ew,personal observation and review of previous research works.The proposed im provement model is developed along with primary steps to implement the model to attain in the goal. Finally a number of recommendations are given for the gar ment enterprise. this paper can be used as a lead for future research works in the field. en_US
