This project study about how to produce composite material by using bagasse fiber as a reinforcement and PVAc as a matrix .Due to crushing of the sugarcane, the cane stalk will break in small pieces and subsequent milling will squeeze the juice out. The juice is collected and processed for production of sugar. The resulting crushed and squeezed cane stalk, named bagasse, is considered to be a by-product of the milling process. simply bagasse is the remaining reside of sugar cane crop after the squeeze out juice . the matrix used for production of our new composite is Polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) that it has a neutral pH value and water soluble, we can add water to thick glue simply to create a thinner a small amount at a time and stir it well, to make sure don’t over-dilute. In order to find uniform size The bagasse fiber is again crushing through grinding machine the particle size is used. the other study is try to find required proportion of bagasse and matrix to achieve comparable strength and light in weight composite product. After the production of composite next step is examine our product under mechanical tests like tensile, bending, compression, thickness and weight measurement. so depending on the test result we try to give analyses and compare the test result of our new composite chipboard relative to control sample that of commercially available wood chip board fiber. finally we also conclude and recommend what are the main parameter must be fulfill to manufacture bagasse reinforcement composite .
