| dc.description.abstract | Cycling is one of the most popular sport around the world and it has get peoples attraction a long time ago for the centuries. On the early centuries cycling is only practiced for transportation purpose, but in today’s world cycling is not only transportation media anymore because cycling has become one of the sport which is common all around the world. Through the periods people used to wear different kinds and types of jerseys for the cycling sport. Most of the time they wear jerseys’ and shorts, including different types of accessories. Cycling shorts and cycling jersey, that is a specialized jersey for cycling. While the vast majority of cyclists worldwide wear conventional clothing while riding, a jersey offers certain advantages for the sport-oriented cyclist. Cycling sport jersey that is worn by bikers is different from other sports wear. It is well known on its prints and artistic style lines. But the style lines and prints have nothing more than promoting the sponsors’. The sport on Ethiopia has getting promising change, but the jerseys are not manufactured inside the country yet. Because of this reason the jerseys are imported from outside of the country, having prints and style of the specific country culture. The jerseys design effect has no connection to cultural and traditional wear of Ethiopia and it doesn’t help bikers to promote their country at the time of worldwide contest. This research provides the opportunity to the number of companies and enterprises to engage on the profitable and untouched investment and also it will eliminate the shortage of formal cycling wear problem. It is also very important to reveal the culture of Ethiopia and to show gorgeous traditional arts and crafts. The research encompass collecting data from different places of Ethiopia and undergo analyzing the data to have concrete base to proceed the developing of different designs and products for cycling sport. The primary and secondary data collecting system is conducted as per its importance. Careful data analysis is taken place and the responses are valuable for the research validity and reliability. The result of the research shows that how much such kind of research needs to be conducted to the development of the cycling sport and it’s accessories for the market. The research is brand new for the country like Ethiopia and can be taken as sample research for further research development.
