dc.description.abstract ABSTRACT The major purpose of this project is to show the applications of some mathematical models involving first order ordinary differential equations in describing some biological processes and mixing problems. Applications of first order ordinary differential equations in modeling some biological phenomena such as logistic and non-logistic population growth and decay and prey-predator interaction for three species in linear food chain system has been analyzed. And also its application in substance mixing problems in both single and multiple tank system have been demonstrated in this project. en_US
