The antioxidant activity <!f Three banana (Musa paradisiaca L) fruit varieties (Robusta,

William 's-2 and DwarfCavendish). obtained from Woramit Horticultural Site. and avocado
(Persea Americana Mill.), purchaseafromfruit shops in Bahir Dar City, have been studied by
ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRA P) and Rancimai methods. FRAP values of the fruits
