dc.description.abstract	Classroom Management is a very important system to use rules and procedures in managing student's behavior in order to maintain and produce good classroom environment for better learning results. However, it becomes critical for novice teachers and as a whole cause for teachers burn out andjob dissatisfaction. The main aim of this research is to study the practices of the three different approaches of classroom . . applied to collect data.
