dc.description.abstract Classroom Management is a very important system to use rules and procedures in managing student's behavior in order to maintain and produce good classroom environment for better learning results. However, it becomes critical for novice teachers and as a whole cause for teachers burn out andjob dissatisfaction. The main aim of this research is to study the practices of the three different approaches of classroom . . applied to collect data. The data were analyzed with SPSS version 11, and one sample t- test was conducted to find the result of the general level of practices of the approaches . ;.,:(humanistj-c, behavioral, .&classr.oom tradition), two samplet-test was applied to identify .(he 'differences of practices of the approaches betweerr experienced and less experienced . classroom management tradition and behavioral approaches to classroom management .. ... their td & 3rd preferences, respectively.
