In this paper, we introduce the concept of Pseudo - Supplemented Almost Distributive Lattice (PSADL) as a generalization of Pseudo - Supplemented lattice in the class of ADLs . We drive many fundamental properties of a PSADL. We give different characterizations of a PSADL.
