dc.description.abstract This work succinctly narrative the longitudinal variability of the horizontal component of earth's magnetic field along equatorial region by using ground base magnetometer data observed at equatorial stations of Guam, Apia, Mbour and Addis Ababa. Grasped 20014 the earth's magnetic field data from each stations and has been written MATLAB script by imported into MATLAB program to obtain a clear graphical , of horizontal component of the earth's magnetic field on the daily, monthly and seasonally difference. of each stations. The outcome displayed that, on the daily variation of ground base magnetometere ~ stations· the sun is overhead almost the same local time (around 12:00 LT) with exceptional Senegal at about 10:00 LT and cowling conductivity is inconsistently ascending and descending. On the monthly variation the horizontal earth's magnetic ~ '· field is consistently increase in the daytime and decrease during nighttime. Within the same day, month and year the H component of the earth's magnetic field intensities were/varies from one station to the others. consequently, an excessive ionospheric current was observed at Addis Ababa and the cowling conductivity was also high on the Ethiopia sector . en_US
